How can I search for a product?

There are several ways of finding your desired product(s) by using our powerful search box. When you click in the searchbox, you can type your search terms. Below a few tips:

  • You can search for a color, for example, white
  • You can combine search words, for example; tulip white
  • You can use quotation marks for a very specific search, for example; "Lily of the Valley"
  • You can search by country code, for example; nl
  • You can search by grower/farm: for example Holstein

How do I add items to my shopping cart?

Before starting, always ensure that you have selected the desired arrival date. Adding products to your shopping cart is very easy. Search for the product which you would like to add. You add the amount selected to the shopping cart by first clicking on the order amount button and then navigating away using your keyboard or clicking anywhere in the shop. Once you add a product to the shopping cart, the cart icon on top turns green and displays the number of added products in the cart.

What is a mini cart and where can I find it?

The mini cart keeps you updated on the status of your shopping cart whithout leaving the page you are on. To see the mini cart you have to hover over the   shopping cart icon. To close the mini cart, simply click outside of the opened mini cart. In the mini cart, you can easily change the quantity or delete a product. Clicking on the   shopping cart brings you to the cart page, where you can confirm your order.

Where can I see how much shopping time I have left for a delivery date?

You can find the deadline at the top right of the mini cart. The mini cart is the round green button with shopping cart icon.

Can I place a comment on my order?

Clik on the (green) shopping cart to go to the cart page. On this page you can add a comment per product, or a general Order comment.

I have not received my webshop confirmation by email. Did I place my order?

Have you checked your Spam Folder? You could double check the email address in your account, you can do this under My Account under 'Email address.' Need help, please send us an email on webshop@holex.com

Can I share a page?

By clicking on the share icon on the page, you can easily share the page (or shopping list). After clicking on the share icon you can simply paste and share the link, in your preferred communication channel (mail/social/chat).

Can I create my own shopping list(s)?

Yes, you can! We are sure you will find many useful ways to benefit from this powerful feature in our shop. To inspire you, here are some possible use cases:

  • Save time by creating a 'bread & butter' list to quickly replenish your stock positions.
  • Create catalog selections for your returning events.
  • Quickly share a list with a prospect.

If you click on the   heart icon shown on a product you can add them to an existing list or to a new list. To add the product to a new list, simply enter a new list name and press on the plus sign.

You can find your shopping lists by clicking on the   heart icon in the site header. This will give you an overview of the shopping lists you created.

You can remove a product from a list, simply by clicking on the heart icon on a product.
